The Sun Voyager Sculpture is located in Reykjavik, Iceland. This sculpture was won from an outdoor sculpture competition funded by the Western District Association of the city. At first, it was just an aluminum model with dimensions of 42.5 cm × 88 cm × 36 cm, 16.7 in × 34.6 in × 14.2 in. After being presented to the city government, it was enlarged to become the large size it is today.
